Lynn Sirotkin has been practicing law at Pearlman, Apat, Futterman, Sirotkin & Seinfeld, LLP since receiving her J.D. degree from St. John's University Law School. She was admitted to practice in the New York and U.S. District Courts for the Eastern and Southern Districts of New York in 1983. She was the first female partner of the firm. She is a member of the New York State and Queens County Bar Associations as well as the Queens County Women's Bar Association. Throughout her career, Ms. Sirotkin has built a solid reputation as a leading attorney with a depth of experience in real estate matters including residential and commercial real estate, co-op law, condominium law and landlord and tenant law, specifically focusing on administrative proceedings at the NYS Division of Housing & Community Renewal such as Rent Overcharge and Harassment Proceedings. Outside of her real estate expertise, she handles matters involving estate administration, trusts and estates, wills and probate matters.
